So, I’ve been trying to formulate my own Butterbeer recipe. I’ve tried a few that I found online, but they were just too…off for my taste. I haven’t tried the “JK Rowling” approved Butterbeer sold at Universal yet – perhaps next summer I will. But I just found the ones I’ve attempted form online recipes to be lacking in something, so I decided to give my own version a go, an toss it in the mix.
